Memorable Night

Party party party party :) Gotta love big gatherings.

This night will definitely bring back smiles in the future.

Everyone has a limit.

I was sitting on my chair with my knees against my desk, staring at my computer screen. No music. My dad walked in wondering what I was doing. I said nothing. He stood there for a while just staring at me. I spin around on my chair.

"Are you done your homework yet?"
"Yes"
"Did mom call recenly?"
"Yes"

Silence.

And then it happened. They escaped from my eyes.

I've written a lot of posts, but never published them. Just writing what I feel already makes me feel better, and then I delete it. I'll try to start posting what I write now. It's for myself, my own satisfaction and relief. So if you like, you can read them. I will not blog to update others of my daily or weekly life. But I will write for the mere purpose of getting things out of my mind. My journal ran out of pages.

Weekends

So now that I have school, I look forward to weekends so much more.
And seeing my friends makes it all the more special and enjoyable :)
Even though it may not look like it, just being with everyone makes me feel like I'm standing on top of the world.

Not too long ago, I finished reading Just Listen. And when I came across this quote, I immediately thought back to one of my older entries here on blogger. About how every song carries a memory, and just by listening to the song, it brings back memories which even you thought you forgot about.
This quote summed up my whole blog entry.

A new beginning, 2011

I've gotta say, 2010 was definitely a memorable and important year for me. There were just too many amazing moments and unforgettable memories. Not to mention, it's also my graduation year ! Throughout the year, I've learned a LOT about life, my friends, my family, and even myself. I can say for a fact that it's one of my most life changing years for sure. I've gone through heartbreaks, lost and made new friends, and I guess you could say I lost family. Well, at least enough for my lifestyle at home to change dramatically. Throughout the year, I have regretted so many things and use to always wish I could go back in time to fix things. However, now I realize that I don't regret a thing. It has made me who I am, and I'm glad I was able to experience everything I went through. Because we all learn from our mistakes, and since I'm young, I'll do crazy things, act stupid from time to time, and meet the wrong people. And I'm fine with that. I also use to say that I regret not going to school in the fall, but I'm really glad I didn't. It was a good break. Although I'll be going back to school this week, I'll still try to fit some time for myself and my friends. However, I'll be studying hard for school as I've missed out enough already.

It's 2011 now, and the perfect time to put things in the past and start anew. I have a feeling a lot of things will be different than last year. University, home, friends. I mean, 2011 is the year I turn 19 right? :) haha that's gotta be something. Hopefully it will all be a good change.

I'm excited for the new year and the upcoming adventures it will bring ! :)

Welcome home, baby !

Absolutelyy looooove my new Canon EOS 550D / Rebel T2i ! ♥ And of coursee, abbsoolutelyy LOVE my dad for getting me this wonderful beauty, or at least most of it, for Christmas ! As you must know, I've been wanting one of these for the loongest time. For several months now I've been keeping track of the T2i, checking all different stores and sites online to keep track of prices and check for sales. Now finally, with the Christmas season and countless price drops & sales in december, I managed to get the T2i body for $649.99 :D Unfortunately, I don't have any lens yet so I can't use it at the moment. But I will be getting one later in january :)

It's not a goodbye to my sony digital camera though! I'll still be bringing it everywhere I go, while saving the t2i for occasions and pretty places ! :D
